Konsul Rokicki odpowiedzialny był za wydawanie prawie wszystkich paszportów RP w Bernie od 1940 do połowy 1945 roku. Jedyne dwa podobne dokumenty, o których istnieniu wiemy, znajdowały się do tej pory w Izraelu. 2/5
