BREAKING: Strafford County will open its emergency overnight warming shelter in Dover at 4 p.m. Saturday due to the hazardous wind chill. The opening comes after pressure from community members and #homeless/social service agencies. @FostersDailyDem @StraffordCAP @NHCEH (THREAD) Strafford County Commissioner George Maglaras, via text:
