Crews have stopped dousing the apartment building from above and firefighters are now reentering the structure. @FostersDailyDem @smgphoto Here is our preliminary story on the four-alarm 10 Bell St. fire in Berwick, Maine. Injuries unconfirmed at this time. BREAKING: Strafford County will open its emergency overnight warming shelter in Dover at 4 p.m. Saturday due to the hazardous wind chill.
