I usually don’t touch this but it’s not that hard. Just go back to the old format. Guest in studio. 30 minutes 1 on 1 grilling or 1 on 2 moderated debate in a discussion style. Then a round table of JOURNALISTS that recap the week’s news and previews the next. Be slow. Many journalists want to do this but the suits always want to be “fresh” “hip” “wired” etc. Seeking to rebrand when it’s not necessary. “60 Minutes” hasn’t changed in years. Why? It’s dependable and solid. Sunday shows can be that.

The story of the #Commanders over the last 25 years is one of the oddest downfalls in American history. The nail in the coffin being a defensive coordinator claiming an insurrectionist attack on the Capitol was a "dust-up" while the team is being investigated by Congress! There is no "bingo card" for this franchise because there is no bottom. But no billion dollar company or institution has had a weirder spiral towards to the bottom. From selling stale peanuts from a defunct airline, suing an elderly season ticket holder to cheerleader harassment.

Saw #JackWhite at @TheAnthemDC last night. It was great. The best part—NO PHONES allowed. Upon entry they go into a Yondr pouch which is closed upon entry opened at exit. Music was better. Atmosphere was better. You ingested the entirety of the experience as a collective whole. Every artist with clout should do this. Popular restaurants should do this. People having weddings should do this. Hell I might buy some Yondr pouches for my next game watch. Live in the now!
