Dexter Barry, 54, was arrested after an argument w/his neighbor.

He told the Jacksonville Sheriff's officer 7 times that he took daily anti-rejection meds for his heart transplant.

Barry told his son he never got his meds while in JSO's jail.

I wanted to see what they're used for, so I asked the departments for a list/narrative of every time the vehicle has been used Two departments haven't responded. All sent photos except Southlake and Allen, which both sent letters to the AG fighting the request.

Southlake said releasing photos would give people who encounter police at an advantage. Allen redacted the letter so idk why they're fighting.

The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office lost state certification last week. They didn’t notify the public. They haven’t responded to my questions.
