Guide: Volatility vs Leverage or why you should scalp bounces on Alt over $BTC.
When BTC goes down, Alts go down harder.
Catching knifes is one of the most profitable ways to trade, it is easy for the market to bounce, because the resting sell side liquidity was not placed yet.
A way to maximize your profits is to use leverage or to buy something that is more volatile, something that dumped the hardest - usually all major Alts and Shitcoins.
But what is more profitable? Leverage or Volatility?

I have been posting some successful trades based on Open Interest, which lead to me getting a lot of questions about it in DMs, so I would like to answer them here.
Again everything is opinion based and there might be different views on it.
Is Open Interest important?
- It absolutely is, in a highly over levered environment, every tiny % move matters. In my opinion futures and not spot traders that for the most part buy to hold and look away if underwater.

"Guide to avoid flip-flapping"
- Struggling to sit on your trade?
- Keep on flipping positions?
- Getting frustrated to see your initial trade would have worked out, while you are stuck in the exact opposite now?
This one is for you.
1st we need to find what makes you flip.
One of the reasons, which I tend to believe is the most frequent, you are trading a style that doesnt suit you!
The more time in-trade you spend, the more likely you gonna doubt it at one point.
So how do we avoid that?

Because of the highly increased volatility my way to scalp changed. Most experience this volatility for first time, so I would like to give out some tips and Ideas on how to manage this.
However, I dont know how long this series will be yet. #BTC#cryptocurrencies#trading
Part [1/?] "Big Wicks, Flash Dumps/Pumps and Orderbook Wipes"
As a scalper you are usually looking for predictable move that you wanna take out a bit of. !!Your are not!! trying to catch whole move from the bottom to the top. When market is free falling, you let it fall!

This is the first time since June that I feel bullish on $BTC
Why?
- Well I love to fade Pumps/Dumps, I caught every strong rejection on this chart (second 7280, 7350, 7400), in last 6 months usually after those we reversed but never ever pumped back up in just few minutes.
So yeah, this is my first long time-frame Prediction since that June 10th prediction (long at 8k-ish).
This is what I am looking for in the next days.

Answers to most DMs so far:
I learned by watching the market like 12h+ daily. At first i simply watched Youtube and was copying other peoples Strategies. I used MACD and MA/EMAs back then mostly. I use no indicators now.
I read no Books at all, so i cant recommend you any.
This is how you should view 1 Min charts:
Its like learning a new language just by listening, at first its just a lot of noise which makes no sense to you, but then you start to recognize reactions to this noise. And at one point you start to filter out words (Pattern to trade)
