They are anything but. ADHD has other severe, often invisible manifestations. The toll it takes can be overwhelming, even devastating. ADHD can literally affect a person's sense of surrounding, of time, of occasion. It is not about hyperactivity as much as it is about *inactivity* when it comes to understanding (actually not understanding) time, the consequences of not meeting simple deadlines...

* FIR against Mumbaiites who violate home quarantine rules if they are high risk contacts of covid-19 positive patients. They will also be compulsorily institution-quarantined. 2/n
* High-risk contacts will be hand-stamped for identification, and will be called 5-6 times a day to check if they are home.

* Entire building will be sealed as a containment zone if more than five positive cases are found.
