Pre #LongCovid I was a fit/strong #Pilates Coach.
I had income protection w @HollowaySociety - they stopped paying out in May.
#HollowayFriendly Against the advice of my consultant HF insisted I complete a #CPAD assessment. A series of tests taken over two days, with a day rest inbetween.

For a while now I’ve been an #ambulatory #wheelchair user.
It means that I fall under the umbrella of having a #disability and that I sometimes need to use a wheelchair but I’m also capable of walking sometimes.
Since I got #Covid and developed #LongCovid it’s a useful aid. Image I mainly use a chair if I need to be out of the house for a longer period of time, or if want to join in with others. I haven’t needed it that often because I don’t usually put myself in situations where it’s necessary.
