2/Agree with @dtbyler about centrality of a #Uyghur voice, “Alim,” impressed w smart protection for him. Esp given his biodata gathered forcibly, detention in a “political education” camp, “release” but still flagged by surveillance technology even when supposedly “free.” @hrw
