IS TRUMP GUILTY?? - in US law: depraved-heart murder, aka depraved-indifference murder, a type of murder where an individual acts with a "depraved indifference" to human life and where such act results in a death(s), despite that individual not explicitly intending to kill. 2. In a depraved-heart murder, defendants commit an act even though they know their act runs an unusually high risk of causing death or serious bodily harm to a person. If the risk of death or bodily harm is great enough, ignoring it demonstrates a "depraved indifference"

I am just 1 more person trying to do what I can to free Americans like me from oppression and bigotry. I am going to try. America was NOT built by white men, and I am white. It was stolen by them. It was built on the blood, sweat and tears of indigenous Native Americans who⤵️ whites suppressed. It was built on the blood, sweat and tears of black men & women stolen from their homelands and sold to break their backs for white men! It has hardly changed. Oh sure, Blacks were freed after the Civil War, but were they really? NO.⤵️

@AndrewGillum Warren did pretty well in debate, but some things trouble me. Clinton connections, endorsing Clinton in 16, for ex. HRC is not progressive & is a closet racist & Warhawk. Warren voted for Trumps ridiculous military budget increase. Both she & HRC have strong Repub backgrounds. 1) @AndrewGillum Yet Warren, supposedly progressive, endorsed HRC not Bernie. She did not attack Bernie. Y? She wants Berners to go to her just as she took Bernie’s policies as her own. She accused Bernie of mysogony..ridiculous accusation.
