Earlier this year, @UCLAlatino released a report finding that #Latinas have faced the biggest drop in labor force size of any demographic group over the last year.

They must be a focal point of pandemic recovery efforts to ensure #LatinaEqualPay. (1/4) Image Research finds that before the #COVID19 pandemic, the number of Latinas in the U.S. labor force was projected to ⬆️ by 25.8% from 2019-2029– almost 9x the growth of white women. (2/4)
