Today's @OPCW report confirms Assad regime responsible for the chemical weapons attack on #Douma #Syria on April 7, 2018.

This illegal chlorine attack - that killed dozens of men, women, and children, and severely injured hundreds more - is part of a pattern 👇 This is the 9th instance of chemical weapons use independently attributed to the Assad regime by UN & OPCW mechanisms.

Since 2013, the Assad Regime has failed to fully declare & destroy its chemical weapons programme and cooperate with @OPCW.
