KEY INFO: Eviction notices issued after March 30th are considered without force. This means that they won't have to be disputed in 5 days which is good. People can prioritize health and buy the things they need.

VTU spoke on behalf of tenants because they were either unable to represent themselves or unwilling for the fear of repercussions. We asked that the 8 existing tenants be rehoused in the new development at their current or similar rents. /2
