I am going to try and break it down with key takeaways . 1. Overall Objective
Repeals and consolidates all major previous insurance laws (Insurance Act 2004, Marine Insurance Act, Motor Vehicles Third-Party Insurance Act, etc.) into one modern framework.

Aims to strengthen competitiveness, transparency, consumer protection, and risk-based supervision.

Embeds risk-based capital (RBC) supervision as the new standard, away from flat minimum capital rules.
