The utility categories eligible for heating or cooling bill assistance include electricity, natural gas, propane, wood, coal, & fuels.

So far this year, the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has logged 832 deaths out of an estimated 6,300 manatees.
