@bolanavanua_ So from what happened with us - there was a case x who tested positive, everyone in contact with case x isolates for 14 days (PRIMARY CONTACT) with 2 or more swabs, now everyone who was in contact with the primary contact (secondary contacts) isolate for 4 days @bolanavanua_ The reason secondary contacts isolate for 4 days is to wait for the initial swab results of the primary contacts, if the first swab is negative, they are released after 4 days quarantine

Really have spent a while trying to understand the "anti-vax" mentality in this country.
What even is this "vaccine contains little robotic particles that will collect your data" ?! WHO is spreading this bakwaas (rubbish) ?! A few things to understand
(1) the risk of blood clots - there is a difference between cause and correlation. As explicitly stated by many sources before, AZ vax specifically does NOT carry and increased risk of clots COMPARED to smoking, COVID infection and use of birth control

One of my mentors would always say "teenagers are always going to end up having sex! It's important that they're protected while doing it!"
Statement has never been truer than it is today.
Teenage pregnancy is a societal problem, not an individual one 😡 The issue with society is that
a) the issues are swept under the carpet and covered up
b) teens are "disowned" by their parents
c) more time is spent trying to preserve "reputations" rather than worry about the preg teen & the partner
d) young couples are married off to cover up

USA has a population of around 327 million with only 160,000 ventilators available.
We have much less.
Countries like Italy are struggling with case numbers surging, severity of disease and death as the outcome.
The ceiling of care is lowered as more and more people get sick. Ceiling of care is a term used to describe the highest level of care a patient will receive.
Doctors are having to decide which patients have the BEST shot at a favourable outcome rather than death.
What this means is that resources are allocated to those who have the best shot.

Flying into Sydney last night, experienced the worst turbulence ever - sudden change in wind direction, just as we were due to land at Kingsford Smith. In the cabin w the already dimmed cabin lights (DARKNESS), feeling lifted out of the seat, children crying, ppl screaming + Lasting about 10 or so mins (felt much longer, trust me). Later on Captain Chris Giblin (sp? I’m going off pronunciation here) said what we had encountered was severe turbulence due to a “southerly buster”. Had to divert the first time and attempt to land again later +

The pressure on POSTPARTUM BODIES is insane. In recent times we've tried to push women more and more toward getting their prebaby body back, or at least as close as possible - which has made many women insecure about their postpartum bodies. But HI guys :) you made a human Your postpartum period is at least 6 weeks and some organs take up to 6 months to return to their pre-pregnant state.
Don't let societal pressure take away from your wonderful creation of your bub.
This is probably not going to change anything - but I hope it helps u feel betr
