Multiple lessons here, but I will highlight just 2: #1 - Never get too emotionally attached to an idea or product. Your first, 2nd & even 7th idea may not explode. If your data shows it’s not going to work, don’t hesitate to iterate and pivot.

In the long run... It’s never about who did it first, BUT who does it BEST when the market is ready!

- Google was not the first search engine but the 12th
- Facebook was not the first popular social network
- Amazon was not the first book or eCommerce store
