Busy day. Someone pointed the @CNN video report on the Lekki incident to me. Sadly, for the reputable news channel, it was only a rehash of what others said before. A potpuorri of existing videos & claims with zero new evidence. Only an international validation to local claims.
Obviously, from evidence available to date, the army did attempt their typical show of force to dislodge the protesters at Lekki TG that night in line with the curfew declared by LASG.
Did they shoot live rounds of high caliber ammo at massed protesters for 8hrs (6:25pm to 2am)?
