The primary responsibility of the government is to protect its citizens, failing to do that, every other achievement can be wiped out by just 2 days of war. The answer is, the Nigerian government isn't serious about using well established UK processes in seeking extradition or prosecution. A fake Mc Macaroni handle posted the attack on #EndSARS protesters in Abuja and gave it an ethnic coloration by labelling it Hausa Fulani attack.
