2. Prof. Bhullar was sentenced in a Delhi state case, so his final release order is to be issued by Delhi govt. 3. In a letter dated 11 Oct 2019, Union govt of India cleared his release on 550th Parkash Gurpurab of Guru Nanak Ji.
4. On 17 Dec 2019, SCI installed stay on proceeding further with release as Maninder Bitta filed a petition against Prof. Bhullar’s release.
