1/ WARNING: POSSIBLE TRIGGER LANGUAGE, EVENTS or SITUATIONS
Read sad story last night about Dr. Bucci, 50 year old Phychology & Brain Sciences Dept. Chairman, at Dartmouth that committed #Suicide 11 months after a lawsuit was filed by graduate #students in his department. He 2/ was NOT accused of sexual misconduct, but named in the suit for knowing about the professors’ inappropriate behavior as the Chair.I share many of the same feelings he expressed to friends and colleagues in his emails before he took his own life like: the case was deeply

1/ Before I start getting bombarded by feminist groups for promoting Title IX Attorney’s wouldn’t you like to know my views or opinion before you rush to judgment about what I believe? For the conspiracy feminist’s the answer is NO I have never been accused of anything 2/ resembling a Title IX or rape charge. However, through my personal experiences I can identify and understand the pain caused for families and students have surrounding #falseallegations, inherent problems and frustrations working with uncooperative #Education & #HigherEd

I had a follower DM me asking why I was excited and “Celebrating” having the Elite Title IX attorney’s following my story. Not wanting to get in an argument, I thanked her and said I would spend some time thinking about her question & send a message out in the group sharing my perspective. My reasons are fairly simple! First, this group of attorneys, accused student warriors and their supportive family members following my #twitterfeed are amazing. This group together BLAZED a TRAIL & SHINED a LIGHT on #Colleges & #Universities denial of #DueProcess &

Any political endorsement from from me is not easy to get and must be earned. Those that know me well that in the upcoming 2020 Presidential Election my original endorsement was:

#AnyoneButTrump2020

I am firm believer everyone has right to their own opinion, how they choose to live their life is their business, not my place or role to judge other choices, and I am not always right needing seeking to understand. Regarding supporting Trump I just do NOT UNDERSTAND. I have some good friends that really respect and believe are so smart that are on the

Hello All - I am calling this My TitleIX/Due Process Crusaders. I wanted to ask a HUGE favor. I am about to embark on a long fight with Drake University & Drake University Law School by filinng a federal lawsuit. A Little background on me...I am a 49 year old law student that expelled from at the end of 11/19. This is all from a software glitch with my exam software the Associate Dean used as an opportunity to get rid of me. @Help4StudentsUK @1752Group @NotOnMyCampusUK It is very unfortunate and without any sanctions, penalties, or dismissal for University Administrators false allegations it allows them run a muck without worry for ruining a young persons life.

In some ways I am glad this happened to me as 50 year old non-traditional student. @Help4StudentsUK @1752Group @NotOnMyCampusUK I could not imagine if one of my much younger classmates lives were ruined. Most my classmates where around the same age as my oldest child. Unfortunately, I live with bipolar, general anxiety, panic anxiety disorder, depression and ADD. Being falsely accused of something so

Sorry I never anticipated this much when I started by now have gone this far I am going to finish so thanks and appreciate the patience and willingness to listen. Continuing from last slide & have retweeted that chain below. Honor Board never saw a CV or approved the witness as expert so impossible to allow a “substitute” expert. Bringing up again how prejudicial allowing the deceased written testimony is to the student when not allowed to cross examine. In addition, the student explained an expert

Replying to @DrCastner in this thread about how Universities should be part of the solution. First, it is amazing to me how progressive Europe is on so many things compared to US with orgs like @officestudents, @Help4StudentsUK, @1752Group & @NotOnMyCampusUK holding accountable In May 2019 as 49 year old non-traditional @DrakeLawSchool student I was accused of academic misconduct for cheating. In reality, targeted as a student with disabilities fighting for my and other students #civilrights. You can read various posts on my feed so will not go into all
