1 Long and unnecessarily information(s).
2 Failing to use catchy phrases to capture the attention of the Professor.
3 Don't send generic emails. 4. Double-check with Grammarly. 5. Don't overpraise yourself. 6. Saying too much valid
information(s) without coordination & description of each type in a single mail. 7. Edit the template to your information before sending it out, don't retain and copy the same information.
The main goal of a cold email is to get your prospect to open and read it.
