Life lessons I learnt in a Casino.

In 2018, I went to casino thrice. I spent ~ 2 months learning BlackJack and lost $1k in cash totally. However, it surely was a life time experience and I definitely learned few lessons.

A THREAD .... Follow a set gameplay. No matter what you are trying to do, there are people who have tried similar things in the past. And most importantly they have written about it. Learn from them.

#MachineLearning for beginners.

"Whenever you throw a ball, you want the kid to catch it". Let's say this is what you are trying to teach a kid.

So you go to the kid and tell them "Whenever I throw the ball, you have to catch it"

The kid agrees.

(2/4) Now let's say a third person comes and throws the ball to that kid.

Do you think the kid will catch it?

100 days of no break workout. I will tweet once a day on this thread after the workout.

It worked out pretty well for me last time. Hope to keep the momentum and consistency.

I love the "Divide and Conquer" algorithm. It can be applied to most of the things in life.

I think instead of saying "Look at the bigger picture", we should consider rephrasing it to "Look at the smaller parts of the bigger picture"

(1/n) Product Management Team:

This team is majorly responsible for requirement gathering, product specifications, and they closely work with the design team (UI/UX) to create workflows of the product.

Once the workflows and designs are ready, it is transferred to dev team.

@warikoo Here is GPT3 trained on the life lessons you tweeted. And it has generated some of the lessons based on that. Do you think these would ever have been the thoughts you would have tweeted about?

Check out the text generated in the below thread. "The purpose of relationships is not to make you happy. It's to teach you how to be happy alone. Relationships are not made to last. They are made to make you learn the right lessons. And if you are not learning, you are failing" - #GPT3

@OpenAI @gdb You guys are awesome! Using GPT3, I have tried to revise the way we have been using dictionary for ages. Check out how I did that using #GPT3 . I call it Revtheo!!

(1/n) Currently, no dictionary takes into consideration the context of a sentence before giving the meaning of a word. Imagine the experience of having this in @AmazonKindle or @Apple.

(1/n) Few years back, I created a game named Memory Mash. And don’t get me wrong; me talking about it doesn’t mean the game was successful. The game has been downloaded by ~700 people and no one ever paid for the game.

play.google.com/store/apps/det… (2/n) Memory Mash is very close to me as it led me to the path of product creation. This is one of the initial products I created and it has a story which I love.

So let the story begin! It all started with a movie :P
