Advice for COVID19: 1. Treat early when upper respiratory infection don't want it to become a lower respiratory infection. 2. Have a steamy shower daily or steam inhale - helps breathing and may counter virus in throat.
3. Brush teeth and gargle with warm water - as warm as you can - again trying to inhibit virus in throat. 4. Vitamin D3, vit C, and zinc daily as supportive. 5. Povidone iodine 1% + water 99% gargle frequently during day. 6. Quercetin supplements if you can get them.

@AlexRuebben Better solution. Give large chunk of low / medium risk population a treatment course of HCQ and Azythromycin plus couple of finger prick antibody tests. At scale that's maybe £15 per person. Let them work and play in offices, pubs etc. ...
