New #UKRI #GCRF South-South Migration Inequality and Development Hub will work with partners in the UK and 12 countries in #GlobalSouth focusing on the two-way movement of people, resources, knowledge and skills and developmental ripple-effects in sending and receiving countries
The Hub is inherently #interdiciplinary drawing in perspectives from across social sciences as well as arts and humanities. And it brings together some of the the most committed and creative people I know inc @alison_phipps @TimUnwin @j_hagenzanker @nassimmajidi @lorenlandau

Plus I finally get to work with the wonderful @PosNegOrg who combine ethnographic research with illustration, adapting personal testimonies into art, advocacy and education materials to open up the political for alternative policy approaches to #migration
