It seems the failed terrorist attack was at least part (or the the centrepiece) of a "multilateral plan to restore democracy" in #Venezuela. Or so said #Pompeo a few days back -

#Venezuela captured two #US #Terrorists in the coast of the state of Aragua in Chuao: Luke Alexander Denman born 22/1/1986 and Aaron Seth Barry born 15/5/1978. According to a gang member, they had "contact with #Trump's security chief."
