/6 Go out smart by using core #publichealth practices to stay safe & #StopTheSpread by #PhysicalDistancing, avoiding common surfaces/objects, #CleanYourHands & extra layering with a mask where #COVID19 may still be active.
/6 #PhysicalDistancing 2 metres from others keeps us far enough away to prevent coming into contact with potentially infectious droplets produced when people cough, sneeze, laugh, sing or speak, even if they don’t appear ill.
/6 Avoiding touching common surfaces & objects reduces the likelihood of you contaminating your hands with #COVID19 infectious droplets. Avoiding touching your mouth, nose & eyes prevents you infecting yourself with the virus.
/6 #CleanYourHands, often & well with soap & water for 20 seconds or hand sanitizer while you are out & when you get home to destroy the virus & prevent inadvertently infecting yourself or contaminating things you touch.
/6 Extra layering by wearing a non-medical mask or face covering, when you can’t keep a 2-metre physical distance in areas where #COVID19 activity may still be occurring provides additional protection to help prevent spread. canada.ca/en/public-heal…
/6 If we remain vigilant and pace ourselves, we can get outside safely, while keeping UP the #publichealth measures that work to keep #COVID19 DOWN! #keepitup #wewillgetthroughthis #çavabienaller
