Browder/Magnitsky hoax used to sanction CPC exposed

 1/ "Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act" is the full name of the law used to sanction the #CPC officials involved in the "repression" of #Xinjiang #Uighurs and the #HKNationalSecurityLaw.

Since 2016 the bill, which applies globally, authorizes the US government to sanction those who it sees as human rights offenders, freeze their assets, and ban them from entering the U.S.

2/ #Magnitsky was an auditor at the Moscow law firm Firestone Duncan.

Hermitage Capital Management is their client, an investment firm likely to have been involved in the plundering of Russian state companies after the fall of the USSR.

Its CEO #BillBrowder hired Magnitsky in 1997 to handle his company accounts and tax filings.

The Russian court found that Magnitsky in the interests of Browder in 1997-2002 implemented an illegal tax evasion scheme using firms registered in Kalmykia and managed by Hermitage Capital. Browder's company was thus able to scam the Russian Treasury by obtaining a $230mil tax..

refund based on fraudulent lawsuits.

Magnitsk was arrested & died of general poor conditions of a Russian prison.

3/ US propaganda version

"Having diligently uncovered a large scale embezzlement by influential Russian officials,  Mr Magnitsky the whistle blower was arrested

by Kremlin and was beaten to death in prison in an attempt to pressure him into withdrawing his testimony"

Notice the usual game of subterfuge. The tax evasion is now projected onto the "influential Russian officials" thus laundering the real tax fraudsters BROWDER & MAGNITSKY.

4/ The person who actively lobbied for the Magnitsky Act in US is none other than Bill Browder. The bill served to shield him from the pursuit of #Russia to recover 100m$ in tax evasion.

So the Browder/Magnitsky hoax is now being used to sanction CPC members

involved in the Uighur concentration camp, another gigantic hoax. It's like a Russian doll, hoax within hoax.

That's #America. Wrapped in thick layers of lies. The crumbling of the American empire will see some worldwide unravelling of all the lies the USA has fed the world.
