Well, apparently @GovAndyBeshear is extending the Ernst & Young contract. He’s putting into action our report from yesterday it seems

@GovAndyBeshear tee’d up a question for himself about at KY GOP tweet about the teachers union (that they should stand by). But Beshear is “done with politics.”

@GovAndyBeshear says he thinks that “by the end of the year” his administration can get to the 73,000 unemployment claims.

MY. GOD. 🤦🏻‍♂️

He acknowledges news we broke yesterday. His administration will send out denial letters to some claims. This will be his quick way of driving that absurd and unacceptable number down.

Any Cubbage w/ the Labor Cabinet says an RFP for a new unemployment system was released in February. That’s not true. It was, coincidentally, March 6, when the 🚨 was imminent. That’s because the @GovAndyBeshear admin realized that they messed up delaying that RFP in Dec 2019.

@joesonka (Pulitzer prize winning piece of trash who blocked us) of the @courierjournal misquoted Sen Damon Thayer earlier & said it was a “typo”. Just used “typo” to give a leading ❓ to @GovAndyBeshear. He & the governor should listen to #BLM message that “silence is violence.”

Sonka is a liberal activist. Nothing more. Truly the worst @courierjournal has besides @Joe_Gerth. The CJ loves the Joe blows apparently. Their bankruptcy is welcomed. They’re perfectly fine with other businesses being bankrupt and destroyed in Louisville. The hell with them.

@GovAndyBeshear just got asked if @louisvillemayor Fischer resign.

Beshear, who has failed as a leader stands with Mayor Fischer. Says he can earn trust back.

Note: there is barely any public trust in him.

@GovAndyBeshear deflects question on what he will do to help suffering people of Louisville. Says we can’t really do anything without a @kyoag released decision on #BreonnaTalyor investigation.

Pathetic. Weak leadership.

Asked if he would send KY @NationalGuard to help in Louisville.

Says maybe.

@GovAndyBeshear asked if he will be at the Derby. Says he won’t.

Since @louisvillemayor won’t provide security for Derby, not surprising.

@KYLaborSec representative “doesn’t know how many (March) claims are on the que. 🙄

@AcquistoA says some schools are about to reopen with no plans for “at risk teachers”

@GovAndyBeshear says that is plain awful. Tells schools to work with them. Asks “not to put public service in harms way.”
