1/n #COVID19 is a #Biowarfare crafted by #CCP.

In continuation to last year's thread (quoted tweet is last tweet of that thread) where I had exposed how @WHO was compromised by CCP, In this long thread I'll show how it was created by China.

In part-1 you will get basic dots.

2/n In 1980s China had realised urge to revamp Science & Technology.

In starting of 90s they realized lack of good Academic Leaders & in 1994, Hundred Talents Program" was initiated.

All details pulled from english.cas.cn (few are untranslated)

3/n 14 people, including Zhu Rixiang, Cao Jianlin & Lu Ke, became the first group receiving the support of the program.

2 million yuan per talent fund was alloted.

It became one of the most imp project of CCP.

4/n The CAS program had began to expand later taking the form of "Thousand Talents" & people from overseas were also selected.

By 2005 they had already supported 1443 scholars overseas and within China.

5/n By 2006, with big prizes, and third phase in the Program was doing fabulous.

6/n The program had some real big achievements.

One that is quite remarkable & needs to be noted for long is 'Genomic Informatics Center completing “1% sequencing of the human genome” in a relatively short period."

7/n The big project "The Human Genome Project" was an important one.

Tan Jiazheng called for protection of genetic resources & establishment of Genome Research Center in July 1997.

8/n In the 1990s, the Human Genome Project, was initiated by scientists of USA and co-developed worldwide.

The Chinese Human Genome Project (CHGP) “Research on the Genetic Structure and Genetic Variation of the Chinese Nation’s Genome” was approved in 1994

9/n The studies was focused on "the genetic structure and genetic variation of the Chinese people."
If I connect dots,I've to think that the Wuhan Institute of Virology made the virus, perhaps by referring it to the Chinese genetic structure, & a good classification application.

10/n March 4, 1998, the Human Genome Center at Shanghai had got registered & established under Shanghai Science & Technology Commission.

Oct 29, 1998 Institutes name was modified

A good amount of centers were included under Ministry of Science & Technology.

11/n 1998-2016, The centre remained under Chen Zhu

He had also become VP of CAS in Oct 2000.

It was Jiang Mianheng who recommended Chen Zhu to Jiang Zemin for the position of VP of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

But who is Jiang Mianheng?

12/n He is son of Jiang Zemin, former paramount leader and General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (More details in slide/image).

13/n Lu Yongxiang, was promoted from Zhejiang University to the Director of the CAS, was considered to be the most loyal officer of Jiang Zemin.

He paved way for Jiang Mianheng by throwing away Hu Angang, who had questioned Jiang Zemin's policy.

14/n Things got quite clear to people when Lu Yongxiang tactically arranged Jiang Mianheng to be elected to the 16th National Congress of the CCP.

He was more like Zemin's Pet as the Chinese say.

15/n Chen Zhu was head of Life Sciences & Bio Technology

November, 2001, CAS organised seminar on innovative planning of "biological fields in Wuhan"

16/n Chen Zhu presented a report, titled “the Life Sciences and Biotechnology at the Beginning of the New Century: Opportunities and Challenges Faced by China”.

He called it to be most important subject to focus on.

17/n He clearly explained in his report that

"there is no absolute gap between biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, and actually, they are tightly linked."

18/n February 2003, Chen Zhu instructed the Director of Wuhan Institute of Virology, Hu Zhihong, to launch launch the P4 laboratory project.

CCP asked for construction of 10 platforms which included, genomics, protein function, proteomics, antibody production.

19/n April 22, 2003, Chen Zhu along with other members of CAS, submit a proposal post SARS to build a Preventive Medicine System and to Strengthen China’s Medical Scientific Research comprehensively to the State Council. english.cas.cn/newsroom/archi…

A)SARS prevention & control research
B)Establishment of a preventive system
C)Establishment of a national medical-scientific innovation system

21/n The Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences & the Beijing Institute of Genomics completed the determination of the entire genome of the SARS Coronavirus frm Chinese patients in only 2 days, and jointly released the experiments on April16.

22/n The Beijing Institute of Genomics has completed the sequencing of the full genomes of six virus strains isolated from Guangzhou and Beijing patient samples.

23/n As per the analysis of genome sequence:

The virus contained at least five open reading frames, encoding the viral matrix glycoprotein M, fibrillin E2 or S, small coat protein E or SM, nucleocapsid protein, & one Orfkab which can produce several proteins.

24/n But what is interesting that @WHO identified this coronavirus variant as the pathogen of SARS on April 16, 2003.

Feb 9, 2020, New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Hubei Province held a press conference.

28/n In Conference, academician Chen Huanchun's (expert in the epidemic prevention and control research team)error in speaking that the “new coronavirus belongs to SARS coronavirus” caused a huge public uproar.

29/n Post Conference, Chen rectified the mistake immediately,stating that:

"the new coronavirus is not a SARS coronavirus” and “belongs to SARS-related coronavirus”.

32/n So, now the people who already were unclear became more confused.

The relationship between the new coronavirus and SARS has been cleared many times, & ICTV suddenly names it SARS-CoV-2!

33/n It is important to get the rationale from the perspective of coronavirus taxonomy about the relationship between the novel coronavirus, SARS coronavirus and SARS-related coronavirus?

The paper does exactly same thing.

34/n Following points are drawn from the paper of Ben Hu:
A)The new coronavirus & SARS coronavirus belong to the same virus species: SARS-associated coronavirus.

B)The full-length genomic sequence similarity between the New Virus & SARS virus is only about 80%.
C)Although, the similarity of the S-gene sequence between New coronavirus and SARS virus is 73%.

D)Compared with the SARS virus, the pathogenic nature of the new coronavirus is like of a younger brother.
E)The fatality rate are much lower than SARS, but ability to spread stronger than SARS. But the new coronavirus and has a longer incubation period than SARS.

F)New coronavirus (#WuhanVirus ) isn't an evolutionary /mutant of SARS coronavirus, but has a parallel relationship.
G)Taxonomically both belong to the same coronavirus species, but they are 2 different viruses.

H)Bat CoV RaTG13 is an artificially modified virus sequence which was uploaded by Zhengli Shi because she claimed that this sequence was detected in the virus in 2013, but the real thing of this virus didn't exist.

I)Hence, the viruses most similar to the #WuhanVirus are ZXC21 and ZC45, the two Zhoushan bat viruses.
