40/n So here is Part-3 of story of #Biowarfare by #CCPChina

Last I spoke about Shi Zhengli. In this part I'll elaborate about work of her team that caused confusion about #WuhanVirus too.

41/n 2003,SARS broke out. Scientists begin to find the source of the virus .

SHI Zhengli began extracting virus from the bat. Their research paper was published on Science magazine. claiming that they had extracted Corona Virus from the bat.

42/n 2008,Zhengli's team publishes new paper.

It found:first,both human SARS virus & 2019 #WuhanVirus use ACE-2 infect human cells.

The 3 major finds were:
1)Bat virus can't enter into human cells through ACE-2

2)Human SARS virus couldn't possibly be combined with bat’s ACE-2

3)But there was an interesting observation. If a small portion of human SARS virus and ACE-2 (310-518, about 200 Amino Acid) when combined with bat’s S protein, the bat virus CAN then infect human cells.

What do you make out of it?

44/n It means that as early as 2008, the methods and procedure of transforming the bat virus to infect human was very well known.

45/n The researchers mentioned that:

"Bat virus can’t use ACE-2 infecting human; when searching for the source of SARS virus".

They found SARS virus wasn’t directly from bat & hence continue to look for viruses in other wildlife.

46/n So what would one ideally do after getting the results?
Ideally one would try to find the remainder of the S protein from bat virus & SARS virus, as these remaining components are important in the process of evolution.

47/n One would also use these remaining components to design a vaccine or medicine to fight the virus. One would study how to stop this virus from entering the cell.

But what comes to the mind of these #Wuhan Scientists?

48/n The Wuhan Institute of Virology, as first thing post result decides to isolate more viruses from more wild animals.

That apart, Can Separating, extracting, & obtaining more virus from more wild animals can prove where is the source?

Anyone?

49/n Let me explain it with an example.

If you obtained a virus from #CCP, which can infect human and bat, what can u prove?

All you might be able to prove is that bat virus might be able to evolve and become SARS virus but you won't be ever able to find the reservoir.

50/n Hence it gives a clear hint that it was just an excuse for #CCP to continue to find more viruses and strengthen the manufacture of #Biowarfare arsenals.

51/n 2013, SHI Zhengli & team published another research paper.
According to it, by using the bat virus extract & ACE-2, a new virus can be produced and this new virus can infect human cells.
Then the question to be asked was:can one really extract this "virus" from "bat virus"?

52/n In Table 4 of paper, the new infectious bat virus & old bat virus (such as Rs672 thereafter) & numbers for the SARS virus (from GZ02 to SZ3), are compared.

53/n Let's check the protein numbers in ORF7a，ORF7b，ORF8. They appear similar to bat virus (in many cases 100%).Then it must be the bat virus protein.

But several protein numbers above,especially protein from the ACE-2 & S protein combination, are similar to human SARS virus.

54/n What can we infer?

We can infer that the virus displays a manipulated & a man-made characteristics.

55/n None the question comes, How did the virus re-emergence occur in the bat?

Was it natural or made to happen in #CCP’s P4 Lab?

First, SHI Zhengi claimed SARS virus can’t use bat’s ACE-2 entering bat cells. SARS ACE-2 is significantly different from bat’s ACE-2.

56/n That's exactly is the reason that why even if there is a Corona virus evolved from bat through ACE-2, it is still very difficult for that Corona virus to enter human cells through human ACE-2.

57/n Let's think mathematically.

Say, that the virus appears naturally from bat's evolution & it can infect bat as well as infects human cells with its ACE-2.

What result would we get with this assumption?

58/n The result of this assumption will be:

"Reflectance of a potential similarity between the S protein & SARS protein, because it needs ACE-2 as reservoir."

But then a question remains unsolved.
Why would ORF3A, ORF3B & S protein have way higher similarity to SARS virus?

59/n So only explanation to this can be foll0wing steps:

A)The bat changed its own DNA infested by SARS
B)After a long but careless flight to Yunan, re-emerged its own sequence.
c)10 years later, gets caught by #CCP's P4 lab. 😅

60/n In my personal opinion:

"#ChineseVirus is a lab recombined virus. SHI & team published those papers only to lay groundwork for their future #Biowarfare as envisioned by Chen Zhu. They set the premise so that they can say, "virus naturally existed from bat."

61/n So, now that #CCP had the #biochemicalweapon, what would they have done next?

Next would be testing out.

And hence came the next paper wherein SHI’s team had found someone keen to test for them.

62/n But why did they give such co-operation?

Well, it was because, with this virus’ S protein, someone could randomly test a few animals. The test result could be published as a top class research paper.

For some academics, publishing unique researches are always BIG thing.

63/n This paper was published at University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill.

While experimenting on virus S protein was used as described in SHI’s 2013 published paper with mouse adapted SARS-Cov backbone.

64/n The inference came that the virus can replicate in human cells and it can cause mouse’ lung injury.

& then the game began.

Few Scientists expressed concern for the research at the time.

The researchers thought that it can potentially expose human to outbreaks.

65/n The #CCP smartly (I assume, it was pre-planned) attacked the lab of University of North Carolina, saying that this reemergence of virus came from the American lab.

66/n #CCP did use that research paper as reference to their claim in 2020.

Although the truth was that the most imp component of this virus, S protein, came from SHI Zhengli's team.

The same S protein as described in her 2013 research paper.

67/n So to move towards conclusion of this part, I must submit following as conclusion:

A)#CCP’s 44 sets research papers are the history of the CCP’s biochemical weapon development history (will discuss in future parts).

68/n B)The #CCP research papers show attainment of:
a)the discovery of the bat virus
b)re-emergence Technics
c)the establishment of this virus re-emergency & their strategies & actions to escape scrutiny & responsibility d)animal model testing – from none to the whole process

69/n So in my opinion, this #BioWeapon wasn't done by an individual but was a big team work.

Vice Chairman WANG Qishan and the lab’s GUO Deyin are directly responsible for the tragedy in creating & releasing the #CCPvirus.

SHI Zhengli was just a pawn.
