Note negotiating major union contract (TV/Theatrical) w/o noticing & addressing shortfalls to #SAGAFTRA Health Plan was unforced error on part of incumbents in opposing party. PR spin members' dues paid for to convince members who lost coverage otherwise compounds wasteful error

But what about those incumbents who say the #SAGAFTRA Health Plan & its trustees are separate from those responsible for the governance of the union?

1) Union's governing board votes on hiring, firing & replacing #SAGAFTRA Health Plan trustees, trustees who owe a fiduciary duty to its union member beneficiaries
