Odd that @RichardHRBenyon says new @WHO #AirQualityGuideline can’t be achieved. @DefraGovUK wants one old (2006) AQG achieved by 2040 when their top adviser says #LimitValue would’ve been achieved in 2020! Ignoring #NetZero, EU #ZeroPollution2050, #WoodBurning, #NH3, tech etc?
