#Russia plans “referendums” for occupied areas to “join” Russia; possibly making Russian the official language of #Ukraine. Occupied #Kherson🇺🇦 & #Melitopol🇺🇦 now have offices to register newborn Ukrainian babies “in accordance with Russian law”
