Separating #law from #justice would open up floodgates of personalized connotations of justice. Everyone has his own justifications for being just. Definition of just & justice would become subjective & personalized as a consequence.
Separation of #justice from #law at the whim of judges is the antithesis of #FourCornersOfLaw & #DeclaratoryTheory as well.
Something could be #just for someone, simultaneously, the same thing might be #unjust for another.
#Justice is not what the aggrieved party wants/says or a judge thinks to be just. Justice is what the #law says!
P.S: A judge must always stay within the #FourCornersOfLaw and must not be swayed by emotions or his own understanding of #justice because in doing so he fails to decide case in accordance with #law. ~Justice Mansoor Ali Shah
