#UPDATE Kremlin-backed authorities in the east Ukrainian city of Donetsk said a strike by Ukraine's forces in the Russian-controlled city had left more than a dozen people dead.
Kyiv accused Russia on Monday of attacking Ukraine's Pivdennoukrainsk nuclear power plant in the south, whilst the Kremlin denies Russia is responsible for mass killings in recently captured areas of east Ukraine.
