BREAKING: JW filed a brief in federal court asking it to order the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives (ATF) to produce 1900+ pgs related to its proposed reclassification that would effectively ban certain AR-15 ammo as armor-piercing. (1/3)

The ATF has admitted it retrieved 1900 pages of possibly responsive records... But it has failed to produce the records for more than three years. So JW is asking the United States District Court for the District of Columbia to end this stonewalling. (2/3)

In Waco today, U.S. District Judge Alia Moses sentenced 38-year-old Juan Francisco “Kiko” Trevino Chavez, nephew of Los Zetas leaders Miguel Angel Trevino Morales (Z-40) and Oscar Omar Trevino Morales (Z-42),
to two consecutive life imprisonment sentences plus 20 years in federal prison. In addition to the prison terms, Judge Moses ordered that Trevino pay a $2 Million fine and a $2 Million money judgment.

SAN DIEGO – Chad Clay Kipper, the former Chief Executive Officer of the Freedom Fighters Foundation, pleaded guilty in federal court yesterday, admitting to the unlicensed purchase and transportation of firearms.
According to court documents, in January 2018, the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) became aware of a private firing range in San Diego where individuals were reportedly firing fully automatic firearms in close proximity to a nearby neighborhood.
