Currently waiting 2 hrs at VA for some x-rays. Guess I'll live tweet some of the shit I over hear

First up, couple of old guys (one wearing USMC Vietnam hat, other wearing VFW) talking about Charlottesville

Moving on to the millennial college kids and their commie professors

Guess they don't realize that us millennials are in our 30s now

I didn't quite pick up the whole conversation, some old lady wanted to hug me, but they were in agreement that any one who wants to go to college should serve in the military first for... reasons

In case you're wondering this is also my exact experience at the couple VFW and American Legion events I've been to. And they wonder why they can't attract younger members

Oh shit, some robot just rolled by, apparently it drives itself around the hospital delivering blood samples or some such. Looks like a motorized food cart. Cool as hell

On serious note, despite this long wait Richmond VA is actually pretty good. Have never had to wait long to get an appointment & the staff friendly and helpful.

The parking is damn nightmare though. Make sure you arrive at least 1hr early bc you're gonna drive around for 45 min

Alright, only took 3 1/2 hrs but I made it. Got x-rays, a steroid injection into my wrist that was painful af, a wrist splint, and made it back to my car just before the thunder showers started

Now just a 90min drive back up 95

Not done yet, driving up 95 (wife driving) see an F-150 with a blue lives matter sticker on the back, license plate has a pic of Gen Lee (why the fuck the state offers those I have no idea) it reads DFNDVA. Cool

I'm sure he just cares about "heritage" though
