Every time I see this wikipedia page it once-again blows my mind that Apple is shipping chips in *phones* with 8MB of *L2* cache:

To put that in perspective, here's the fastest shipping chip in the Android ecosystem that I'm aware of today: en.wikichip.org/wiki/samsung/e…
It has 2MB of L2 cache and 4MB of L3.

Apple is just dominating here. They're 1+ year ahead, no matter how you look at it.
There's more cache per-core in an Apple part than most Android SoCs put in the entire package.
The wealth gap between rich and poor users can be measured in mm^2 of CPU cache.
