Movements like #MeToo, #WomensMarch, #MarchforScience and #MarchforOurLives give me hope. Young people seem to get it. But the data above suggests we have a LOT of work to do.
To fix this, we need to address Campaign Finance, Gerrymandering, Voter Suppression, and other factors that restrict voting access. We also need our political parties to elevate candidates who better represent their constituents. One of many plans here. medium.com/@surajpatelnyc…
