Stop and think for a minute: almost the entire media got this story exactly backward, on purpose, and claimed the test "vindicated" Warren instead of conclusively proving she's a liar. That's the state of Fake News Media today.
And why did they get it backward? Because Warren's PR shop handed them a pre-packaged "news" story and the media ran it without question. Not a single editor stopped and said, "Wait, this actually proves she doesn't meet any possible standard for Indian ancestry."
Some media outlets actually ran the information that debunks Warren's lies, including the hilarious footnote that the "DNA test" didn't use any actual Indian DNA - but they buried it 15 paragraphs down. The ledes all ran the claim Warren wanted. They let her write the headline.
It's EXACTLY the same thing we just watched Fake News Media do with Democrats' hit job on Brett Kavanaugh. They served up every headline the Democrats wanted, piping hot, and quietly retracted or modified the stories later under intense pressure.
It would have taken only a few moments for major media outlets with huge research teams and "layers of editorial fact-checking" to look up the false claims Warren has made and compare them to the test results, but that was utterly beyond them. All of them.
Because when a Democrat or a left-wing activist group hands the MSM a packaged news story, they just run it. They always accept the NARRATIVE Democrats give them, even if they have contrary information staring them right in the face.
The goal is to get the Narrative out there in Tweets and Facebook posts, then run secondary phony stories driven by the social media reactions to the initial phony stories.
The corrections and retractions come days later, under duress, and get 100 retweets. Meanwhile, the phony Narrative is seared into social media with a white-hot branding iron, and social media shapes subsequent "news" coverage in an endless toilet-bowl flush of propaganda. /end
