After discussing key data findings, participants voted on #community priorities for the upcoming Community Health Improvement Plan - CHIP
The 4 issues that rose to the top as a result of the large group voting: #Housing, Employment/Financial Insecurity, Mental Health, Accessing #health care, childcare, and other services. Informing the CHIP process for the next 3 years #BostonCHNA
