Republican Olivia Oxendine resigned from the Robeson BOE. Earlier this month, a complaint was filed against her for having Dan Bishop signs in her yard #NC09 2/
Complaints have now been filed against Democratic Robeson BOE members Tiffany Peguise-Powers & Karen Nance. The complaints say Peguise-Powers & Nance appear in a pic with Dan McCready. They also say Nance made posts that violate the state's SM policy #NC09 3/
BOE members and staff are prohibited from making:
“written or oral statements intended for general distribution or dissemination to the public at large supporting or opposing the nomination or election of one or more clearly identified candidates for public office.” #NC09 4/
The NCSBE has scheduled a hearing on September 5 in Raleigh for the complaints filed against Peguise-Powers and Nance. #NC09 5/

City employees have until tomorrow to upload their vaccination status. As of today, 90% of employees have responded and the vaccination rate is 66%. The final number is expected to be available on Friday. #CLTCC
