First witness on the stand today is former Greenville Sheriff Office PIO Drew Pinciaro. He worked under Lewis. 
Says he was responsible with dealing with the media, writing speeches, etc. Defense objects to "yes and no" questions, says prosecution is leading the witness.
Says his job didn't really change when Lewis took over the position as sheriff. Says he saw the relationship between Nabors and Lewis as a brother/sister thing. Says Nabors would always address Lewis by his first name.
Pinciaro now talking about the funeral they were all supposed to attend together. Says this was the first time he saw something strange with the relationship between Nabors and Lewis. Says Nabors was supposed to be there but did not attend.
Says Lewis was on the phone with Nabors on and off all day, says he seemed worried and stayed on the phone in the car with Nabors during the graveside service. Says Lewis told him Nabors was going to Florida, and then a couple days later said she had or was going to quit.
Said Lewis had made a comment to himself and another PIO, "if I were you I wouldn't talk to her." Pinciaro says he took this as he wouldn't be communicating with Nabors any further. Says he didn't speak with her again. Says she left a note saying it was nice working with him.
Says Lewis released a memo saying Nabors was going to work at DSS. Now talking about when Live PD was filming. Says they were filming with deputies here in the area. Recalling one night they were monitoring the Live PD feed one night and Lewis mentioned Nabors quitting.
Says there was another incident after a Live PD night. Says some of them went out after and Lewis said something like "what does she have on me, what can she say about me." Says Lewis then made some comments about having sex with Nabors.

Says he worked there for more than a decade, was a Master Deputy, says his ending salary was just over $44K a year. Prosecution is done. Cross exam now.
Pinciaro says he wrote some speeches for Lewis. Now talking about the person who filled the position following Nabors. Says he doesn't remember being on a crime scene with the new person in this position.
Says he didn't know Nabors previous to her working with the Sheriff's Office. Cross over. Redirect now.
Now talking about the person who took over the position after Nabors. A former @WSPA7 reporter. Pinciaro now talking about her experience as a reporter prior to taking thew position with the sheriff's office.
