Prosecution calls Sgt. Jennings Autry.
Says he spoke with Lewis about getting a vehicle for Nabors.
Autry says initially Lewis asked to get Nabors a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Says he's in charge of making sure all the vehicles are correct. Says he brought problems with purchasing a Jeep.
Says they did not purchase a Jeep ended up purchasing a Ford Explorer. He says there are about 440 cars in the GCSO fleet.
Says getting s new vehicle for the deputies is a big deal. He's now looking at the purchasing information for the Ford Explorer. Signature of Nabors is on this. Direct over. Redirect now. No questions. Autry dismissed. Prosecution rests again.

#HAPPENINGNOW: Several South Carolina Solicitors and U.S. Attorney Sherri Lyndon come together for a press conference on reducing gun violence.
Lyndon says we now have technology that can track gun shots and who is firing them. Says shots are fired by a small percentage of offenders. Just about 5-7%
Lyndon says solicitors with her today face hundreds of reports like this every year. Says we can now use objective data and analytics to identify the worst offenders.

Have just received the transcripts for yesterday's #NXIVM case against Keith Raniere. Please be patient as it's a lot to read through. May tweet some now, some later.
First matter was talking about unsealing the sidebars with the attorneys during proceedings. No objections, but attorneys did ask to review before the sidebars are released. Mark Vicente continued his testimony under direct examination.
Vicente continued to describe the modules and intensives under #NXIVM calling them "a trap of sorts." He says if you were unable to "speak with honor" you were often considered by the community as a "suppressive." He also says that within NXIVM the word "cult" did not exist.

Government says it will provide a list of electronic data and other material. The bulk of this data comes from properties in Clifton Park. #NXIVM
The properties the electronic data were seized from include Nancy Salzman’s home as well as a property on Hale Drive often referred to as the “Library.” Electronic data is estimated to be around 10-12 terabytes. #NXIVM
