Government says it will provide a list of electronic data and other material. The bulk of this data comes from properties in Clifton Park. #NXIVM

The properties the electronic data were seized from include Nancy Salzman’s home as well as a property on Hale Drive often referred to as the “Library.” Electronic data is estimated to be around 10-12 terabytes. #NXIVM

Government says part of the problem they are running into providing this discovery to the defense attorneys is that #NXIVM leader Raniere has identified more than 26 attorneys, Clare Bronfman has identified more than 42, and Salzman has 7.

Jury selection in the #NXIVM trial is still set for January 7, and opening statements are expected January 14.
