1. Selling out our country for personal gain is exactly what the Framers feared & abhorred—& the very reason for impeachment.
2. No crime—technical, statutory, or other—is necessary for impeachment, although President Trump committed plenty.
3. Let’s talk about bribery, which the President clearly committed by soliciting foreign interference in our elections & a smear investigation of a political rival in return for releasing millions in taxpayer funded military assistance to an ally fighting for its life.

4. I give you credit—you were the only one today to mention John Bolton after news of his bombshell book was on the rest of America’s mind, albeit only a couple of sentences in passing.
5. To take your shoe on the other foot test, I would never give any Democratic President a pass for this kind of corrupt abuse of power.
