2/ Funding "all of the work" is one of the things that initially drew me to @decredproject, which moved beyond the insistence that only miners should get paid & instead incorporated a governance system to pay all contributors

Here, I believe Zaki means on a relative basis to what is now the norm, and I agree.

4/ Allowing everyone to get in on the ground floor was one of the keys to #Ethereum's success.

"Ethereum Killers" that have allocated too much of the upside to "big kahunas" (founders, investors, etc) will struggle to win the hearts and minds of the common dev and user.

6/ I agree #cryptoasset investors will be forced to take a step back as compared to #equity investors, and professional investors will no longer be the "masters of the universe."

But both of those are good things, and I believe the need for quality risk-capital will remain.

7/ @zmanian's meaningful words came in the context of controversy. I don't have all the details, and while @placeholdervc is not a @cosmos investor, I believe in the talent and intent of the community and its ability to persevere and strengthen through this time.

8/ Sidenote: controversy and duress sharpen the mind and body, even though in the moment it may feel unbearable.
