2. ensure @TPP_SystmOne access wherever it is needed. Most users know that #S1 can be used mobile and at home. Many CCGs/CSUs offer HSCN access solutions or remote desktop access - so maximise preparation for home working using #S1. No complex install.

if you are considering how non GP staff are going to support your provision from home get @TPP_SystmOne installed and connected for them.

3. make sure you have a username and password that works in case spine not available

4. make sure record sharing is in place across your health community by whatever means you have - @TPP_SystmOne #eDSM #EPRCore #directinteroperability Use provisions of #GDPR to the max.

5. use @TPP_SystmOne #federatedworking to prepare for #surge and any associated disruption of providers.

6. Review the new patient app from @TPP_SystmOne 'Airmid' on IOS and Android. IT'S FREE. Usual PFS functionality plus two way linkage to clinical record. Video consults via appointments. Push notifications output from reporting. Launches this week.

Time to advise patients to download the app in readiness. Use push notifications from reporting to send advice to target groups and to request info on their progress.

7. #EPRCore is a free to use @TPP_SystmOne module that links to Trust via ADT. Gives access to SystmOne record and EMIS record via direct integration. Game changer without charge.
