Traveling is literally a self discovery kind of ideology. They preach only to Muslims who follow Tableegh or to attract more towards Tableegh. They don't indulge in religious conversions - moot point of difference between Tableegh (inwards) vs Zakir Naik (to others).
Depending on days and experience, destination is chosen - Mumbai Central Jamat will go to Andheri, Bandra to Thane - you get the point?

They carry their own money, stay in Masjids. Indulge in self-learning in groups. Invite Muslims from the vicinity of the Masjids to learn/pray along.

All International Jamats (coming to India or moving out from India) visit Nizamuddin first and then proceed with the travel.

And what happened today was criminal.
At any given day, Nizamuddin has hundreds of people inhouse. Once lockdown was declared they should have gone to the police or local authorities with their situation.
Hiding up is criminal and should be treated on those lines.

I am not sure about official numbers, but there were about ~1800 people out there in Nizamuddin today, which attracts all types of criminal proceedings aligned with the laws of lockdown.
This includes 100 odd ladies + some foreigners.
Heard even embassies are involved now.

Local administration should be aware of these numbers in the Nizamuddin HQ. If not self declared a raid should have happened earlier itself.

Instead of sending people back from Nizamuddin, I hope @ArvindKejriwal makes facilities for quarantine in Delhi itself.
From what I have heard, they are being sent back after thermal screening or initial testing. This can be a threat at later stage for other states.
