So someone nearby is on their condo balcony coughing non-stop. Thought the guidance on this was pretty clear. If you have symptoms go inside and stay there until Public Health clears you. Going outside to cough openly on people below endangers other people.
I did 14 full days inside my condo because I was in the US - no walks and also did not sit on the balcony because the other balconies are in very close proximity. It was not actually that hard.
